EXCELLENT PAY
EXPERIENCED OTR DRIVERS

Starting Pay up to .40 cpm Flatbed & Specialized

Starting Pay up to .37 cpm Dry Van

Starting pay is determined by:
          *Veriable Solo Tractor/Trailer Experience
          *Flatbed Steel Hauling Experience
          *Safety & Motor Vehicle Record
          *Work History Performance & Longevity
LESS EXPERIENCED OTR DRIVERS
Flatbed & Specialized

.32 cpm (Less than 6 months OTR experience)

  • After 6 months .34 cpm
  • After 1 year .35-.37 cpm (determined by driving performance)

    Dry Van
    .30 cpm (Less than 6 months OTR experience)
  • After 6 months .32 cpm
  • After 1 year .33-.34 cpm (determined by driving performance)

    ADDITIONAL PAY

    $2,500 Orientation/Stay-On Bonus*
    *(restrictions apply for rehires)

    Tarp Pay
  • $10.00 or $20.00 (when required)

    Over Sized Load Pay

  • .08 - .30 cpm per loaded mile ("daylight movement only")

    Extra Pick Up or Drop Off Pay

  • 50% of billed amount (avg. $33 each)

    Short Haul Pay (empty & loaded miles)

  • $50 (under 100 miles)
  • $35 (100-199 miles)
  • $20 (200- 350 miles)

    Layover/Breakdown Pay

  • $50.00 (after 24 hours of non-movement)

    As a Riechmann driver, you’ll take pride in driving a top of the line International or Freightliner Conventional truck. Trucks are equipped with Qualcomm satellite systems, allowing you to send or receive emergency messages, ETA’s and communicate with your driver manager. Riechmann has a variety of trailers; the majority being 48’ spread axle flatbeds.

    FLATBED TRAINING PROGRAM

    Riechmann offers a co-driver flatbed training program for drivers with at least 6 months of verifiable over-the-road tractor-trailer experience. Drivers who qualify will learn the safest, legal and most successful way to flatbed.

    WE WILL PAY YOU $60 TO $100* PER DAY DURING THE TRAINING PERIOD
    *Determined by experience, work history & MVR

            1st year = .01 cpm + 1 week time off

            Drivers with at least (1) year verifiable solo
            OTR experience will receive $100 per holiday with
            no waiting period. Drivers with less than (1) year
            of solo OTR experience must be actively employed
            for (6) months in order to receive holiday pay.

    DRIVER QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

    Riechmann Transport strives to hire the best of the best in the trucking industry. We are looking for professional drivers like you who meet the following requirements:

      GENERAL

    • Must be at least 23 years of age
    • Must have 6 months verifiable over-the-road experience
    • Class A, CDL from state you reside in
    • Stable work history
      PHYSICAL

    • Driver must be capable of performing heavy lifting, bending, climbing, chaining and tarping
    • Must pass a DOT physical and drug screen prior to qualifying
      MVR

    • Valid CDL from current state of residence
    • No more than 4 tickets in last three (3) years
    • No serious preventable Violations/Accidents within last (3) years
    • No DUI - DWI or felony convicitions during last five (5) years
