Currently Riechmann operates over 50 company trucks and 30 Owner Operator trucks. We operate throughout the Mid-West, Ohio Valley and Mid-South areas, hauling primarily steel products, building materials and machinery commodities. We’ve been providing quality transportation services to our customers since 1969.

Riechmann Transport, Inc. is a family owned and operated Flatbed, Heavy Haul and Specialized Truckload carrier, headquartered in Granite City, Illinois. Glen & the late Joyce Riechmann, started the company in October 1969. Glen still comes to the office on a regular basis to talk with employees, drivers and customers. Their seven children run the company these days. Some work in the office or shop and two of the boys drive locally. The third generation has now started at the company and 3 of the 15 grandchildren work in various departments. Family is important here!
